How do I register for a BIGBOX account?

In order to place an order, you can start by registering yourself with these 3 simple steps:

1.        Go to http://bigbox.com.sg/login/ and click the "Create One!” below the login menu area panel.
2.        Fill in the details under the "New User/Sign Up" section
3.        Click "Register"

An email will be sent to you to notify your successful registration.

 

How do I update and change my account information?

Once you have logged in, you can click on My Account at the top right hand side of the home page. You can update your account profile such as address, phone number, email.

What should I do if I cannot log in to my account / if I forgot my password?

You can click on "Forget Password", and you will be prompted to enter your email address and we will send a link to your email address which allows you to create your new password to log in.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order on BIGBOX is easy:

  • Go to www.bigbox.com.sg
  • Use the Catalog menu or Search bar to find your favourite product or brand
  • Once you have found an item, click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.
  • After selecting all the items you want to purchase, you may review the items in your cart by clicking on the "Cart" button on the top right side of the page.
  • After reviewing, click on the "Checkout" button
  • Select your mode of delivery (store pickup, home delivery, express delivery) and your preferred delivery date and time.
  • Select your mode of payment and click on the "Proceed to Purchase"
  • Review your order before clicking on the "Payment" button.
  • After the payment is successful, you will be directed to a confirmation and thank you page.
  • An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

Can I order in bulk / corporate?

Yes. If you wish to place an order that is more than the maximum cap quantity in the website, please send an email to onlineshop@bigbox.com.sg of the product and quantities that you wish to order.

Can I call BIGBOX ONLINE to place an order?

We do not accept any order placing through phone.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us at onlineshop@bigbox.com.sg at least 1 Day (Home Delivery Orders) before your schedule delivery slot . Do note that we can only cancel your order if it has not been picked and packed.

Can I still change the items in my order after payment has already been made?
We do not offer an option to change or cancel an item in your existing order. Kindly place a new order and cancel your existing order immediately by informing us at onlineshop@bigbox.com.sg


I received an incomplete order / wrong item / defected item, what should I do?
Home Delivery: Do note that checking of items can only be done upon receiving of goods at designated Home/Office addresses and if unsatisfactory items will be omitted in the sales orders, we will process the refund through the same payment method OR a replacement of wrong/defective/incomplete items delivered.

All refund process will take 20-25 working days upon confirmation of item/sales discrepancy.

 

Delivery
 

1. Are there free delivery?
 Free deliveries are only available for selected items during promotional period.
 

2. Do you deliver internationally?
No. BIGBOX do not deliver to addresses outside Singapore.
 

3. How long will it take until I receive the item?
You will be receiving the item within 3-4 days. However for larger items like furniture will have their individual manufacturing and delivery lead time.
 

4. I am not available during the delivery. Advice?
The courier service will leave a note at the doorstep. Please contact them to rearrange for another delivery.
 

5. What are the Home Delivery Schedules are?
Home Delivery service are open from Monday to Sunday, with timings based on availability from 9:00am to 2:59pm and 3:00pm to 9:00pm.
 

6. I have yet to receive my item. What can I do?
Please contact customer service helpdesk at 6801 6688, Daily from 10.00 am to 10.00pm or email customer service at enquiry@bigbox.com.sg with the following information:

a. Email
b. Order Number
c. Item name
d. Order Date

 

 


Return/ Refund


1. How do I get a refund?

Refund Instructions

Please contact our customer service and we will provide you with a return order form to fill in.

Next, deliver the item with the return order form to BIGBOX B1-01 at 1 venture Avenue Singapore 608521 either personally or through courier services.

Return costs shall be borne by the party attributable to the return request, such as:
- the buyer, where the return is due to his/her change of mind; and
- the seller, where the return is due to the defects in the item, delivery delay or delivery of the wrong or different item

Incurred delivery charges are not refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Buyers are advised to check the items upon receipt. Any returns after received, delivery charges shall be borne by the buyer.

For large items like furniture, the supplier will arrange for pick up at your address.
 

2. How long will it take to receive a refund?
 
In the event of a cancellation with no exchange in product and the payment from the credit card has been charged for the purchase, the Company will issue a credit in the amount of the charge to the Customer’s credit card account via PayPal within the first 60 days from transaction date. Otherwise, a cheque will be issued after 60 days from transaction date and the Customer’s individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to the account.
 

3. How will I be refunded?

The refund will be made to your Paypal account.

 

About Payment

Is BIGBOX payment safe and secure

Definitely. Your security is important to us and we take every precaution to protect your privacy and safeguard your personal information that you provide us. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment and we do not keep your credit card information once the transaction has been completed.

What are the modes of payment that BIGBOX website offers?
Currently, we are offering Paypal as our payment method. We are looking into credit cards payment in near future.

Why does my order status show that payment is pending?
Pending payment means that your payment is still currently being processed and has not been confirmed. Do note that some payment modes may require up to 24 hours to be confirmed.

How do I know if my payment is successful?
You will receive a confirmation email with your delivery details and payment confirmation shortly after your payment has been successfully processed. Should there be any issue or unsuccessful payment or you do not receive any confirmation email after 24hours, please contact us at onlineshop@bigbox.com.sg
